ABOUT GALACTIX STUDIO
TRUSTED BY ARTISTS. BUILTS FOR LABELS. POWERED BY VISION.
Galactix Studio is an international creative hub operating between Australia and Morocco, offering premium recording, production, and live music services. With over a decade of cross-continental experience, we combine high-end facilities, award-winning engineers, and a global network of collaborators to meet the highest professional standards.
Founded in 2014 in Perth, Australia, Galactix Studio began as a private creative hub welcoming some of the most respected names in international hip-hop. Over the years, it has evolved into a cross-continental platform for music production, recording, events, and creative development—with physical studios in both Australia and Morocco.
Since its inception, Galactix has hosted and collaborated with over 50 international artists, including legends such as Wu-Tang Clan, Fat Joe, Method Man, Redman, Common, Coolio, Toni Braxton, De La Soul, Ty Dolla $ign, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. These collaborations have taken the form of private sessions, exclusive freestyles, interviews, music video clips filming, and even unreleased recordings.
In 2024, Galactix expanded to Marrakech, bringing international-quality infrastructure to North Africa. The Moroccan branch quickly became a premium destination for artists and labels from Europe, the Maghreb, and beyond. With two studio rooms and a mobile villa recording service, it offers complete flexibility for high-level creation.
Galactix is powered by a multicultural team of engineers and producers, including:
-
Chong Nee, a New Zealand hip hop and R&B singer-songwriter and producer, widely regarded as one of New Zealand's top musicians and is a two-time Pacific Music Award winner. Chong Nee also received the 2007 APRA Professional Development Award and was involved with the Wu-Tang Clan & Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E
-
Elys, lead engineer in Marrakech, with credits including : Animal Son, Morphine & El Grande Toto.
-
A growing roster of in-house producers and beatmakers such as Sick Cris & Eddares, covering hip-hop, RnB, Afrobeat, and Electronic genres.
The founder of Galactix Studio Asom is also a former French hip-hop executive producer, active during the 2000s, who collaborated with respected French rap artists including Les Sages Poètes de la Rue, Alibi Montana, Daddy Lord C (La Cliqua), Tepa (Les Spécialistes), Sléo, Octobre Rouge, and also with North American artists such Wu-Tang Clan, Sadat X, Copywrite, Imposs of Muzion. This foundation in the global scene helped shape the studio's identity and deep understanding of the urban genre.
Beyond the studio walls, Galactix is also a live production force. Through its collaboration with Javier Diaz founder of LAUNCH Australia, the team has helped produce major concerts for US icons, and in 2024 contributed to the launch of TADAMOON, an electronic music festival based in Marrakech.
Today, Galactix continues to grow its catalog of exclusive beats, sync-ready instrumentals, and full-service mixing and mastering solutions. With thousands of plugins, top-tier hardware (Neve, Avalon, UAD, Neumann), and a team dedicated to artistic excellence, Galactix is more than a studio—it's a creative ecosystem.
"We don’t just record sound. We build sound identities."
